That’s why we follow a standardized, 4-Step training and change management process – Define, Design, Train & Sustain. A process that follows the principles of globally recognized training evaluation criteria – the Kirkpatrick Model – and Change Management science – Prosci (ADKAR).

The “Define” Stage is where we define a training plan for your client’s end users – including the organizational readiness for change, training agendas, timeline and milestones, roles and responsibilities, communication plans, pre-training prep, post-training coaching/certification and scheduling.

The “Train” Stage is where we get in front of your client’s end users, and ensure, to the best of our ability, that all the users actively engage in the training lessons and complete the steps, as well as enjoy the experience and understand what steps to take immediately after training.

The “Design” Stage is where we create the Training Activity Guides, or TAG’s – the “instructional manuals” for your client’s end users that they will use in the hands-on workshops as well as for ongoing reference after training, as well as the tutorial videos, for post-training reinforcement through our end-user certification program.

The “Sustain” Stage. Without a doubt, the most important (and sadly, often overlooked) phase of any successful implementation engagement. We help your client execute a proactive coaching model, using a Certification awards program that coached your client’s leaders how to implement and deliver it to their teams, and sustain the learning long term, for maximum adoption.

I was reluctant initially since I am in the tool day to day. Didn’t think it would shed any more light. However, it exceeded my expectations! Really highlighted the CERT Admin focus as well as tool intent and best practices versus my high level ‘user’ understanding. It definitely reinforced my knowledge and helped tie it to the true power of platform. Despite having attended multiple trailheads, and SF Sponsored Cert Admin free days…this is the most relevant and extensive training. From the Q&A, chat collaboration and hands on exercises. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, relatable, and kept it light and not boring. Kudos!

I thought Mark was great! To be completely honest, at the beginning of the week, I was dreading all of this training, but the time went by so quickly because Mark was so engaging and thorough in his explanations of everything. I used Salesforce at a different company and did not have this level of training so it was such a challenge. When I heard we were switching over to Salesforce, I was intimidated, but Mark broke everything down nicely and walked us all through each task we would need to do in our roles. I only have positive feedback on this training experience.
