One of the first things that any Salesforce Training program requires is to ensure that your system is aligned to your sales and sales management processes. Salesforce often fails to take hold in an organization because it hasn’t been properly configured to support the way that the Sales Leader runs his or her sales team.
This instrument provides a quick method of assessing your Sales Manager Game Plan.
We’ll then be able to evaluate Salesforce on a system walk-through with you to see how well it has been set up to support your Game Plan, and make recommendations as a part of our training proposal.
