Working with an experienced sales trainer, you will gain insights into the Universal Sales Model™ and develop your ability to manage and control the sales process. Each session includes skills-building activities, one-on-one practice, video presentations, group activities, demonstrations and exercises.

This workshop is a must for new salespeople who want to develop a sound foundation on which to build a successful sales career and for experienced salespeople who want to sharpen their selling skills. Program Format
Customized Program:  ProSell is available as either a basic or an advanced program. The basic program covers the four core competencies that are essential to successful selling, while the advanced program includes several additional components designed to improve a salesperson's effectiveness. Both programs are highly customized to meet your specific needs and selling situations.

Course Material
Participants receive a comprehensive 250-page workbook that reinforces the workshop topics and concepts, a detailed sales knowledge assessment, sales aids and tools, a framed certificate of achievement, and a free ongoing subscription to Targets, the newsletter for sales professionals. Management receives a set of post-training exercises for use at internal sales meetings to reinforce the training.

Maximum Class Size
We recommend the class size be limited to a maximum of 16 participants. This will ensure all participants receive sufficient personal attention and coaching, and benefit fully from the workshop.
