The SalesForce Solution

First, in the Evaluation phase, we take a deep look at how the team cold calls, sets meetings, plan for sales calls with prospects and follow up on those calls. We also look at the way sales managers run meetings, one on ones, forecast results and hold people accountable. Next, in the Training phase, we would undergo an extensive training customization procedure to ensure that the sales, and sales management course material and content reflect the client’s real world needs and selling environment. Lastly, in the critical Implementation phase we want to ensure that our client is equipped with a post workshop roadmap, including self directed learning, on the job application and follow up coaching to ensure the lessons are transferred to the field.
