Royal & SunAlliance ProSell Workshops

Strengthen your selling skills and close more sales with a focused approach to professional selling

SalesForce Training & Consulting, in conjunction with Royal & SunAlliance, has arranged for three separate training ProSell training events to help you develop the selling skills needed to succeed in today's competitive market. In this popular workshop, you will learn how to sharpen your selling skills, create added value, and build trust and credibility.

Working with an experienced sales trainer, you will gain insights into the Universal Sales Model™ and develop your ability to manage and control the sales process. Each session includes skills-building activities, one-on-one practice, video presentations, group activities, demonstrations and exercises. In addition, prior to the course, participants will be asked to complete a series of pre-workshop questionnaires and Skills Index reports. This will help us to design the programs to focus specifically to the areas of need identified in the reports and help us to understand where the performance gap exists. Immediately after registration, participants will be sent a comprehensive list of items to complete prior to attending their workshop.

ProSell is an extensive 20 hour program and is being delivered in three distinct formats, allowing you to select the event time that is most convenient. Each course has a maximum limit of 25 participants, so register early to ensure that you can attend the course that suits your schedule. The program fees for the workshop are $495 plus GST. Please make cheques payable to Royal & SunAlliance. Cheques are due prior to the event and can be submitted the morning of the workshop.

Note: Sales Managers will also be invited to attend the One-Day follow-up program on Effective Coaching Methods, at no additional cost, to help ensure that the training lessons imparted during the course are successfully applied in the field to ensure maximum transfer of training. This extended three-day session provides participants with a blend of scheduling convenience along with a format for learning retention, providing participants with both minimal interruption to their workflow as well as the ability to apply the new lessons on-the-job immediately.

OPTION 4 — FOR SALES MANAGERS ONLY / $495 pp

This streamlined version of ProSell, called Value-Based Selling, covers most of the topics in the ProSell program without extended role plays, exercises and on-the-job planning. It is intended only as an option for sales managers that simply cannot commit to the 20 hour ProSell format due to scheduling constraints. It is limited to the first 15 participants.
