Quick Assessment
This instrument provides a quick method of assessing the sales training needs of your sales team. It can also be used for assessing the training needs of individual salespeople. Its purpose is to assist you in deciding if, or what, type of sales training would be a good investment for the sales team or for certain individuals.
When doing an individual assessment, consider having the salesperson complete the survey also. Then compare your perception of his or her skill level with the salesperson's perception.

Indepth Assessment
For a much more detailed assessment of individual salespeople or the team as a whole, consider using our Sales Skills Index (SSI) instrument. The SSI is an internationally used and accepted tool that assesses a person's understanding of the sales process. The results will provide you with the assurance of whether each member of your sales team truly knows how to sell. It also will uncover those areas requiring additional coaching or training.
The results of individual SSIs can be combined into a report that shows how each person compares against the team average. This is an excellent way to rank members of the sales team. The SSI can help you build a winning team.
