- Rank the traits that most closely describe your salesperson’s natural behavior. (How they do things). When the sales job requires the use of their top behavioral traits, the salesperson’s potential for success increases, as do their levels of personal and professional satisfaction.
- Define the ideal mixture of task types (Routine, Troubleshooting and Project) that provide an individual the most intrinsic motivation, or personal satisfaction.
