This instrument provides a quick method of assessing your organization's sales management training requirements. It can also be used for assessing the training needs of individual managers. Its purpose is to assist you in deciding if, or what, type of sales management training would be a good investment for the team or for certain individuals.
When doing an individual assessment, consider having the sales manager(s) reporting to you complete the survey also. Then compare your perception of his or her skill level with the sales manager's perception.
